The rap game's original Orca, Noa James, has flipped and turned love monster on his latest JT-featured song by the same name.

LoveMonster is trapping in the country to bake a proper southern embrace only his granny could beat. The Aye Brook-produced animal with chorus sections perverse to taking in the scenery is a sonic duality Noa is struggling to wrestle with. Seated, unobtrusive drums/percussion prop up a series of baffled chords and a layered-on freakish progression. JT's restraining vocals and nagging melody draws an unsettling calmness, and you would be correct in wanting to pass and reveal Mr. Hyde.

The instant LM's beat switch of cold, spanky kicks, a dark synth bass fishing line, lion roar soundbites and various stalking noises pounce on the track, Noa James unleashes the underbelly of the country wholesomeness from the chorus. James's siren cadence heeds like a warning to any passerby in his vision. The Order Label artist's flow shapes an A-B-C breakdown sound joined to beastly adlibs reminiscent of Jay Rock's adlibs ala THat Part Remix. His verses are carnivorous energy. The cool down doesn't come until JT's shrieking electric guitar backed, southern yawn sung outro. And even then, you'll still wonder what part of Noa James he has permanently transformed into.
