As we all sit in wait for the flower child's project Creature, Nitty Scott gave us a little something to hold us over -- her dope psychosis-inducing joint, All The Flowers.

All The Flowers is a cold-ass song. The track begins with an eerie sped up sample from Alice's song In a World of My Own, making Nitty's All The Flowers feel like a melancholy acid trip. It was nerve-splitting. The track quickly echoed a ghostly atmosphere of easy listening radio which I now realize was a warning for Nitty Scott's verse, setting the track off. The beat turns into some bouncy kicks with a very sinister distraught violin playing behind it. It was disturbingly gorgeous and it brings the nasty right into her verse. In my opinion, this track is straight flow and bars with the flows coinciding with those kicks flawlessly. The words that rhyme hit when the kicks do, giving what she is conveying an extra punchiness. The bars bring the grind and loop the druggy culture right into the track. All of it marries so well. The music, her addicting hook, the trippy lyrics and the way she works a bop into the way she's rapping infuses a natural high for the listener. All The Flowers is a bouncy paranoid filled lyrical playground. I like the song a lot and I'm ready for Creature. I have a feeling it will reach beyond All The Flowers levels.
