Anderson .Paak's Hi-Tek-Produced Song "Come Down" Dazzles With Wonderful Artistry, Is Purely Gorgeous Music
Anderson .Paak is a special talent that I am a big fan of. His music is different. It plays as a lively, swirl of multiple genres infused with colorful and exciting vocals. Paak's music can transport me inside a Black 1920's painting which captures the height and excitement of Ragtime, or right at the pinnacle of the Jazz age with a modern R&B zest. His latest Hi-Tek-produced track "Come Down" offers me a whole new musical experience, and I cherished every minute of it.
The highly addictive song has an electric energy that I can't shake. Hi-Tek has these slick, funky closed hi-hats with a groove that is undeniable. Each time they hit I just wanna move. The hi-hats sound like they belonged on a James Brown set. Tek's smooth baseline, infectious Tambourine and occasional Electric Guitar riff gives "Come Down" a certain type of flair and attitude that I adopted. It had me feelin' like the man, setting off a natural high that was charged and only topped by Anderson .Paak's vocals. They're amazing. He successfully sings with so much soulful R&B, but it could pass as a rap if he wanted it to. Paak exhibits an amazing groove in his voice that sounds effortless. Between the vocals about a euphoric time, the lavish music and looking at the exquisite cover art for "Malibu"it took me sky high. I pictured myself at a party in the clouds with all the soul and jazz legends who have passed away. And right as the party starts Anderson .Paak's "Come Down" plays to kick off the playlist. It was an unforgettable experience.
I really want to, and have to, thank Anderson .Paak and Hi-Tek for "Come Down". There's always that one song that makes you fall back in love with music. "Come Down" is that song for me. I absolutely love where it took me to, where it brought me back to and the artistry involved in it. This is an amazing song by an amazing artist and producer, I advise you all to check this song out, pre order Anderson .Paak's album "Malibu" (dropping Jan. 15th) and enjoy.
