Kanye West's second tack that he remixed today was his own "Say You Will" off of "808s & Heartbreak". This time around Yeezy throws in a feature from Caroline Shaw and starts the song off acapella. Once the drums and 808s come in everything is backed with these powerful holy vocals that are even more commanding than on the original. Kanye's verse is pretty much the same throughout the entire song. Caroline Shaw just adds in her vocals and gives the song more layers and stretches everything in terms of vocal strength and emotion. It's really dope. The changes are minimal, but the song still feels fresh and it gave me a little throwback to when 808s dropped. I like it and would love to see some more from Ye and Caroline Shaw in the future.
