The club of the lonely hearts can always use a song to score the operation of stitching broken hearts and fractured trust back together. Indiana-based artist and interim surgeon general, Jett Jones, has his listener's best interests in mind with the reflective record, "Headlights."

Performed and written by Jones, the three-minute track finds him using wailing melodies and a syllable emphasized delivery to land in the realm of a melodic genre blend eager to walk the habit-forming spaces of relationships. And if that isn't enough to help you collect your heart pieces back together, a shadowy synth progression (a performance of the sad music when you're sad method) leads an unsmiling bridge of lonesome songwriting and bass-mimicking vocals down a crossroads that the Cameron Coates-directed video opens a line of communication directly to. So don't you forget to communicate your thoughts by liking and commenting on "Headlights" and the visuals below.
