Some people may not know the songs, but they definitely know the songwriting. Singer/songwriter Bibi Bourelly's latest SoundCloud drop "Material Things" holds writing treated like hand wrap to emotionally box the poisonous relationships contaminating your life.

Produced by Sham (Sak Pase) the little over two minute song builds itself to be Teflon strong after an outpouring of emotions cut with complete clarity. Erumpent chords reveal a staircase to BiBi's slight runs and vibrato, parted delivery, inner melodies and choir harmonies. The unruly second half of the song brought on by an abrasive change through welting drums encourages a change in Bibi Bourelly as well, bringing on puffed up rapping/singing that lets the "Higher" songwriter become her own savior from the hurt. There are things bigger than her to worry about and past disappointments are just that. Some might even say they are as trivial as material things.
