As first light for Bobby Earth's forthcoming LP Cloudy McSunshine draws near, the Milky Wayv head honcho continues his touches of letting the light beams through with his second single entitled Gnarly.

In Earth fashion Gnarly is written and self-produced, but the enlisting of TheeKidSpex on the production side of the party splashes a pass first attitude into the atmosphere. Gnarly's prepping 808 sand trap, salt shaker bites chew like a summery rhythm stepping around other rhythms for the other's comfort. A bellied bass drum, flopping kicks and of course, sheeny chords solely care about the fun and the freedom that lies in the music, music in an antemeridian celebration. Bobby Earth just wants you to keep up.

Bobby's warm wind melodies instantly sit well in sound and feeling. The chorus is shrugging and the verse wants to catch a buzz in the most satisfying way. His slacker vocals maintain a single tone, even his raps carry over a certain devil-may-care cadence to draw out a woozy flow. Bobby Earth, through vocals and production, continues to capture moods within experiences. Gnarly just wants everyone to be on the same high.

A choice you couldn't possibly regret.
