After shooting 2/2 with his Roll It Up visuals, Akhil Sesh got the rebound off your miss and put up another high percentage shot with his latest Free My Shooter preview, 100 Band Gang.
The self-produced banger-light is a little divergent from Sesh's typical sound. His production is scoped on mood over madness, but don't forget madness is the common denominator. Disturbed chimes that resemble slot machines or money as the main percussion, and drugged 808 percussion that fuels the production's nebulous thoughts corner the drums to start performing drastic patterns. Akhil's battering bass and palm-like kicks put all the attitude into the looting rhythm and in a short duration 100 Band Gang's motives become crystal clear.
Sesh's grunt cadence used for the whole verse and lavish hook is braggadocios raps with shooters to back up the claims. His verse is out to find the finer things in life, like Egyptian Cotton, and he'll take it any way he can get it. 100 Band Gang still resides in the chaos Sesh has built in his music. And it is exactly the way he likes it, when he's the one moving the chess pieces.
