Denzel Curry's "2055 Freestyle" is a Lethal Warning for What's Next to Come

To kick off the announcement of his European tour "2055: The U.L.T. experience" coming in February, Denzel Curry dropped a new lethal freestyle entitled "2055 Freestyle" to go along with it. The MR•CAR/\\ACK-produced track is a lot more relaxed than I'm used to when it comes to a Denzel song. It still knocks but the pace is definitely slower giving MR•CAR/\\ACK's drums a softer ride and really playing a crucial part in helping Curry create his almost cautionary flow.

Curry's verse is as potent as his verses come. Containing a John Connor analogy and direct Namekian comparison to himself, he lyrically exudes his power and importance in his music and all that C9 will have in the future, really upping the cautious feel the beat already gives off. I think it's a very unique sound that not only shows Denzel Curry's strengths and versatility, but sends the excitement and expectation for his upcoming EU tour to the solar. "2055 Freestyle" is a really dope and fatal track that does its job extremely well. Because now, we're all excited.
