Aaron Sriro Manipulates Mood Music to Reach Raw Emotion with His New Track "Otherwise"

The discovery of an artist creates a very rewarding feeling. Thanks to Yoshi Thompkins, I thankfully came across the dope Aaron Sriro, who just so happened to drop a pretty cool song a day ago.

Sriro's latest song entitled "Otherwise" (prod. by AxxxxGxxx) is somewhere between mood music and being a confessional track. Aaron Sriro emits the true emotions he's feeling about this woman in the song, giving "Otherwise" that confessional feeling while providing the listener with whatever mood Aaron is going through. In that regard it's an interesting track. Aaron Sriro's verses and hook  take a lonely reminiscent tone via his flow, utilizing the influence music can have with one's memory and emotions. That entire feeling he's trying to evoke is intensified by the extremely layered beat. AxxxxGxxx's beat has these rings and chimes that remind me of Nujabes - not in sound, but in essence. I think the tracks' cover art assists in that feeling. Within the beat there's an echoing hi-hat followed by a single kick and that sound is only present for the first half of the song, before switching things up with deeper drums and softer vocals. "Otherwise" is a busy song but I believe it works well. Aaron and the beat feed off each other and it makes for a good and balanced track. I'm definitely gonna explore further into his music to really figure out his sound and style. Y'all should do the same. Aaron Sriro is going places.
