The Visuals for Mick Jenkins' "Your Love" are Loving, Comical and Fun

Mick Jenkins sure does know how to keep things fresh. The creator of "The Water[s]" looked to his most recent project "Wave[s]" to drop off new visuals for the track "Your Love" (prod. by Kaytranada).

I don't think we've gotten a video this fun, comical and entertaining this whole year. The 70's-inspired video (shot & directed by Nathan R. Smith) starts out with the woman Mick's feening for casually walking up the street until he spots her. From there he persistently follows her, trying to constantly impress her with chocolates, flowers etc. Once his first few attempts fail, his pursuit to win this woman's love grows all the more important but it all stays funny and genuine. There are little things about the hunt for this woman's love that I'll let you all discover on your own, but this video is a perfect visual representation of the lengths he'll go to for love and how love affects him and the one's around him in the end. "Your Love" (the visuals and the audio) is a dope side of Mick Jenkins that a lot of people don't get to see. This is a light and fun video that I really enjoyed. It showed me how versatile Mick is as an artist and that he cares about us fans to not only give us "Wave[s]" in wait of "The Healing Component", but to even add onto "Wave[s]" and put just as much care into it and its videos as he would anything else.

I just hope "The Giver" (my personal favorite from "Wave[s]") is the next song to get visuals. That would be something.
