Hodgy Beats Drops Off Another New Track in the Mix of His Generous Mood

Before we got "To/Day/Morrow" today, Hodgy Beats dropped off some heat earlier with the song "HUNGER". The track is fast, barely lasting over two minutes but there is so much food for thought packed in every corner of the song. Like his line "you can only work for the man if working for him's a dire need", Hodgy has a desperation in his flow. You feel his desire to acquire knowledge and spread the knowledge he's gained. Although the track has its higher level of thinking moments, it is still fueled by the "I'm not to be tested" mentality and that's the beauty of the track. Hodgy Beats finds that balance with his sharp wordplay and being direct and authoritative when needed.

It's a good song and I'm curious to find out what these tracks are leading to (if they lead anywhere at all). We can only enjoy the music we've just received while we wait and see.

Check out the track below.
