What's Up! What's Up! WZUP! Big Sean has dropped yet another video. This time he channels his inner 90s and re-creates the show, "Martin".
Big Sean has been keeping his buzz going by dropping video after video. This one has to be his best and my favorite due to its creative nature. Martin is my all time favorite show, so to see the intro redone was a dope moment that made me geek out. If you really know the idea of the song the video makes sense. Sean and this girl are Martin and Gina. Now what do we know about Martin and Gina? Well for one, no one is like Martin which follows the lyrics of the chorus. Big Sean (Martin) is rapping to his Gina. Letting her know that no one has a relationship like them. He is the only guy she'll put that dress on for and that is just like the real Martin and Gina.
They even went the distance to re-create the antics that would take place in Martin's apartment. They even showed fan favorites from the show like Roscoe and Bruh Man. They were probably all there to show that even with their crazy life they're still there with each other. It doesn't matter who comes around because they've got one another. And of course they were also there to make it more authentic to Martin.
It really is Big Sean's best video. Video of the year worthy? Probably not due to a man named Kendrick Lamar and his visuals for "Alright". But a good video, nonetheless. They just needed Chris Brown to dress the part of Cole better. His hat game was too weak to accurately portray him.
